Complaints and reports can be submitted through:
- Written communication on plain paper delivered by hand at the Front Office, the BarGherita, directly to the staff, or placed in the “complaint boxes”;
- Communication via email to sistema.qualita@cooperativamargherita.org or directly to the staff and/or managers, who must then report it to the quality manager;
- Communication through the prepared complaint form delivered by hand, placed in the appropriate “complaint boxes”, or sent via email to sistema.qualita@cooperativamargherita.org;
- Submission of the complaint directly from the Cooperative’s website at www.cooperativamargherita.org/reclami;
- Verbally by staff and/or managers. In this case, the complaint/report must be transcribed by the recipient using the appropriate form or via email to the quality manager.
Regarding complaints and/or reports related to compliance with the principles of the SA8000:2014 standard on social and corporate responsibility, submissions can also be made:
- Via email sent to the following address SA8000@iqnet.ch or letter sent to the quality certification body at the following address IQNet Association – The International Certification Network, Bollwerk 31, CH-3011 Bern, Switzerland
- Via information provided to the workers’ representative for the SA8000:2014 standard.
- Via email to the certification body SAI/SAAS at the addresses: info@sa-intl.org, SA8000@sa-intl.org, saas@saasaccreditation.org or by mail to: Social Accountability Accreditation Services – 9 East 37th Street, 10th Floor – New York, NY 10016 – USA; or to Social Accountability International – 9 East 37th Street; 10th Floor – New York, NY 10016 – USA.
