Cooperativa Margherita has undertaken the adaptation of its corporate organization in accordance with Legislative Decree March 10, 2023, no. 24, concerning the protection of individuals who report violations of Union law and the provisions on the protection of those who report violations of national regulations.
With a primary commitment to maximum caution and safeguarding the rights of workers and collaborators, Margherita has implemented:
- (a) A written electronic channel accessible via an online platform;
- (b) An oral channel through an online platform;
- (c) An oral channel with the possibility of personal meetings between the Manager and the Reporter, at the latter’s request.
The management of these channels has been entrusted to an external entity designated by the Company, ensuring competence, autonomy, and independence in handling reports.
