The Alpha Skills project develops four methodologies for academic and professional guidance with a focus on environmental sustainability. The methodologies, proposed by the partners, are adapted and tested through local co-creation sessions with teachers and educators, international training, experimentation phases with young people, and feedback collection. The results feed into final shared versions and an operational guide aimed at professionals working with young people.
