Information for newsletter and/or marketing communications

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016, the social cooperative Margherita Società Cooperativa Sociale, located at Via Andretto n.7, Sandrigo (VI), as the Data Controller, informs the interested parties about the purposes and methods of processing the collected personal data, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their provision.

1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The personal identification and computer data collected from the interested parties, subject to processing, are used to fulfill the request for sending the newsletter with related subscription to the mailing list or for sending informational messages and commercial and promotional communications related to the activities carried out by the Data Controller, in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and fairness and legal provisions.

2. LEGAL BASIS

The personal data voluntarily provided by users are lawfully processed to carry out pre-contractual measures or contractual obligations (art. 6 par. 1 lett. B) of Regulation 679/2016) requested by the users themselves (request sent by leaving the email address or registering on the site www.cooperativamargherita.org or filling out the contact form) or the sending of commercial communications, subject to express consent (art.6, par. 1 lett. A) to the processing.

3. DATA RECIPIENTS

The personal data provided by users will not be disclosed to third parties in any way. They may be communicated to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller who will process them in compliance with the instructions given by the Data Controller. Communication to third parties, other than the Data Controller, managers, both internal and external to the company structure, and the designated processing officers, is provided, where necessary for the purposes mentioned above, to third parties (such as IT supply and assistance companies) engaged in the correct and regular pursuit of the described purposes. In any case, processing by third parties will be carried out fairly and in compliance with current legal provisions.

4. PROCESSING METHODS

Data processing is carried out through paper, electronic, and telematic means by specifically appointed internal personnel. The data are stored in electronic archives and, residually, on paper with full assurance of the minimum security measures required by the legislator.

5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested party may exercise their rights as expressed by articles 13 paragraph 2 and from 15 to 21 of the Regulation, by contacting the Data Controller. In particular, the interested party may obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication of: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; d) the identification details of the owner, managers, and the designated representative; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the State’s community, managers, or appointees. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of the data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in cases where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means with respect to the protected right.

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

6. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

The interested party may at any time exercise their rights by sending their request to the following email: privacy@cooperativamargherita.org

7. RETENTION PERIOD

The data are stored until the interested party requests any opposition to sending and their desire to unsubscribe from the newsletter or delete from the site www.cooperativamargherita.org through the methods made available periodically for this purpose.

8. NATURE OF PROVISION

The provision of data is optional, however, any refusal to respond makes it impossible for the owner to fulfill the requests for sending the newsletter or to allow registration on the site www.cooperativamargherita.org

9. CONSENT

Consent to the processing of the aforementioned data is necessary. Consent is considered given by checking the box at the bottom of the form.
