Training is one of the means by which Cooperativa Margherita fulfills its mission. It is seen not only as a professionalizing tool but also as a way to prevent situations of exclusion, poverty, and aging.
For this reason, every year Margherita organizes various internal and external training activities in partnership with experts and accredited organizations.
In particular, for some years now, Cooperativa Margherita has been managing an OSS course for the IPAB of Vicenza. A professional course recognized by the Veneto Region to become a Social Health Operator, a professional who performs activities aimed at meeting the primary needs of individuals within their areas of competence, in both social and health contexts.
The course has limited enrollment, and the access procedures are indicated in the announcement published during the summer period.
