Coop. Sociale ONLUS by individuals are deductible up to 10% of the total income. The excess can be deducted in subsequent years up to the fourth year.<br \/>A specific decree by the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, in agreement with the Minister of Economy and Finance, identifies the types of in-kind goods that entitle the donor to a tax deduction or deduction and establishes the criteria and methods for valuing the donations referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>or<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>ref: art. 83 Legislative Decree 117\/2017 paragraph 1 <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Liberal donations in cash or in-kind, up to a maximum amount of 30,000 euros, to Cooperativa Margherita \/ Margherita Soc. Coop. Sociale ONLUS allow a tax credit equal to 30% of the donation made.<br \/>However, the deduction is only allowed for donations made through traceable means (bank transfer, postal current accounts, credit cards). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1102\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1102\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-angle-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Tax benefits for businesses<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1102\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1102\"><p><em>ref: art. 83 Legislative Decree 117\/2017 paragraph 2<\/em><br \/>Cash or in-kind donations to Cooperativa Margherita \/ Margherita Soc. Coop. Sociale ONLUS made by entities subject to corporate tax (I.Re.S.) are deductible up to 10% of the total income.
